Job summary

MS Laminar Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Executive for Finished Goods and Ex-Im operations in Greater Noida. The role focuses on FG inventory management, efficient warehouse operations, and accurate Ex-Im documentation to ensure timely order fulfilment.

The candidate will coordinate with Production, Sales, Logistics, and CHA, maintain stock records, implement FIFO, and ensure compliance with company procedures while leveraging ERP systems and MS Excel for stock control.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5+ years of FG warehouse experience.
• Working knowledge of Ex-Im processes and documentation.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, logistics coordination, and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Logistics, Transporters, and CHA for smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage dispatch and Ex-Im documents (invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, shipping documents, customs records).
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic physical verification.
• Ensure FIFO, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates.

Job Summary
Responsible for managing Finished Goods (FG) inventory, warehouse operations, dispatch activities, and coordination of import-export (Ex-Im) documentation and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Logistics, Transporters, and CHA for smooth operations.
