Job summary

Myk Laticrete in Durgapur, West Bengal, is seeking a Warehouse Executive to handle loading, unloading, and dispatch tasks. You will support warehouse operations, ensure accurate materials handling, and coordinate with Stores, Production, and Logistics teams to maintain smooth dispatch and inventory control.

The role requires 2-5 years of experience, a grasp of safety practices, and the ability to work in shifts to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and material handling.
• Ability to load/unload materials safely and accurately.
• Familiarity with dispatch documents and stock verification.
• Strong coordination with Stores, Production and Logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials.
• Ensure accurate loading of materials as per dispatch documents.
• Assist in receiving incoming materials and verifying quantities.
• Support warehouse operations, stock movement, and material handling activities.
• Arrange materials systematically within the warehouse/store area.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Follow safety guidelines during loading and unloading activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and loading area.
• Assist in physical stock verification as and when required.
• Report material damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
