Responsibilities

• Perform physical stock counting as per the daily, weekly, and monthly inventory schedule.
• Verify physical inventory against system records and identify stock variances.
• Update inventory records after stock counting and maintain accurate data.
• Follow standard inventory counting procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
• Identify, tag, and segregate damaged, expired, excess, or non-moving inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams during stock audits and cycle counting activities.
• Prepare and maintain stock count reports and inventory documentation.
• Report inventory discrepancies and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, warehouse SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, discipline, and accountability while handling inventory.

• Follow standard inventory counting procedures to ensure maximum accuracy and minimize errors.
