The role of Warehouse Coordinator involves day-to-day warehouse operations, inbound/outbound movements, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure high service levels and safety standards.

The candidate will lead the warehouse team, manage MOOWR-related activities, and oversee documentation, auditing, and compliance while leveraging ERP systems and MS Office

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehousing or logistics experience.
• Experience with MOOWR/Customs warehouse operations and related import documents.
• Proficiency in ERP (D365) and MS Office tools.
• Strong inventory control and cycle counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inward and outward material movements.
• Receive materials and verify quantity, condition and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper storage, bin allocation and material identification.
• Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Monitor MOOWR related activities and documentation with customs brokers.
• Maintain records for audit, inspection and compliance.
• Maintain records and traceability of imported goods and MOOWR framework.
• Stock verification and cycle counting; report discrepancies.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to perform the day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, inbound, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, team leadership, and operational excellence while ensuring high service levels, inventory accuracy & safety standards.

• Coordinate daily inward and outward material movements.
• Receive materials and verify quantity, condition and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper storage, bin allocation and material identification.
• Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Ensure materials are handled and stored as per company procedures.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages and shortages.
• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and excess inventory.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
• Coordinate and maintain records relating to MOOWR warehouse operations and inventory.
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability of imported goods, raw materials, components and finished goods under the MOOWR framework.
• Coordinate with Customs/CHA/Customs Brokers/MCO for MOOWR-related activities and documentation.
• Maintain records required for audit, inspection and statutory compliance.
• Working knowledge of MOOWR.
• Good working knowledge of MS office (Excel, PPT).
• Knowledge of ERP / D365.
• MOOWR / Customs warehouse operations.
• Bill of Entry and related import documentation.
• GRN and inward processes.
• Picking, packing and dispatch.
• Stock transfer and material movement.
