• Prepare beds and arrange patient areas according to hospital procedures.
• Support patient admission, transfer and discharge activities.
• Respond promptly to requests from nurses and ward supervisors.
• Transport patient files, reports, specimens, and supplies to designated departments as authorized.
• Assist in moving medical equipment and ward supplies safely.
• Help elderly and mobility-impaired patients move safely with appropriate assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas according to departmental duties.
• Follow hand hygiene and infection prevention protocols.
• Use personal protective equipment when required.

• Report spills, hazards, damaged equipment, and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
