Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to hospital staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support hospital information systems (HIS) and other approved business applications.
• Assist users with login issues, account access, and application usage.
• Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records.
• Monitor network connectivity and coordinate resolution of service disruptions.
• Support installation and updating of authorized software.
• Maintain system backups and assist with data recovery procedures.
• Follow cybersecurity policies and information security practices.
