Job summary

Telus Digital in Noida invites candidates for a walk-in to join as a customer service associate. The role focuses on inbound wire transfer inquiries via calls and chat, with a fixed day schedule and a 24x7 office-based operating model.

Fresh graduates may apply; graduates with 1 year of international voice experience are preferred. Excellent English communication and willingness to work night shifts and rotate week-offs are required.

Venue: tower 6, UG Floor, Telus Digital, Candor Tech Space, Sector 135 Noida

Role & Responsibilities

• Performing inbound calls/chat from wire transfer customers and agents.
• Take inbound calls per day from the customers.
• Answer a wide range of inquiries and solve a wide range of customer service issues and problems.
• This job has a highly regimented schedule and requires a full day of assisting customers on the phone.
• Strong customer service skills including diplomacy and the art of diffusing tense situations are required.
• Processing customers orders and ensuring its accuracy and completion.
• Participating in continuous training sessions and sharing best practices.
• Show good oral and written skills for call escalation via call sheet completion or call escalation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Result awaited can apply)
• Fresher graduates are eligible to apply
• Graduates with a minimum 1 year of International Voice experience are required.
• Excellent Written & communication in English.
• Should be comfortable in night shifts and rotational week offs.
