Job summary

TELUS Digital in Noida invites applications for an International Technical Support role. You will assist customers with service-related needs, diagnose issues with networks and modems, and guide them through router and WiFi configurations to restore connectivity.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in international telecom support and excellent communication skills. Freshers may apply, but undergraduates with non-technical education are not eligible. Rotational shifts and offs are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in International Technical Support or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience with ISP, Internet and WiFi related issues.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment.
• Graduation not required for experienced candidates.
• Rotational shifts and week offs; undergrad fresher not eligible.

Responsibilities

Work Location: Noida

Role & responsibilities

• Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions while providing world-class customer service
• Diagnoses and resolves basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting
• Walks customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality
• Provides solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems
• Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored
• Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in International Technical Support (International Telecom Voice) .
• Freshers are eligible for the role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Have worked on ISP, Internet & WiFi Related, Router & Modem Connectivity Issues
• Should be comfortable working in 24*7 Working Environment
• Graduation not required for experienced candidates
• Rotational shifts & Rotational week offs
• Exclusions: Undergraduate Fresher are not eligible/Graduate freshers with Non Technical education are not eligible.
