Startek (Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd.) Bengaluru is seeking an MIS Executive to develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and MIS reports for daily operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of MIS experience in a BPO, excellent analytical skills, and strong coordination with stakeholders.

English and Hindi are mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred. Interested candidates may walk in between 11:00 and 15:00; no Sundays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of MIS experience in a BPO.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Utilise Advanced Excel functions like Vlookup, Pivot, Hlookup, Sumif, INDEX/MATCH, Left/Right.
• Prepare and maintain data and reports as per BPO metrics.

Job Title: Executive - MIS

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, hands‑on experience in BPO MIS reporting, and the ability to generate and manage daily operational reports effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards and reports.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Utilise Advanced Excel - Vlookup, Pivot, Hlookup, Sumif, INDEX/MATCH, Left, right, etc.
• Prepare and maintain data and reports as per BPO metrics

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as MIS in BPO
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good co-ordination and stakeholder management
