Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; commerce, business administration, statistics or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of MIS, reporting, data analysis or operations support.
• Advanced Excel: pivot tables, vlookup, xlookup, index-match, if formulas, sumifs, countifs, data validation, conditional formatting, charts, data cleaning.
• PowerPoint: create professional, structured presentations for management reporting.
• Good understanding of data analysis, reporting methodologies, and dashboard preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

• Graduate in any discipline; preferably Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 23 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or operations support.
• Advanced Excel: Strong expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, data validation, conditional formatting, charts, and data cleaning.
• PowerPoint: Ability to create professional, structured, and visually appealing presentations for management reporting.
• Good understanding of data analysis, reporting methodologies, and dashboard preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in report automation and dashboard development.
