Job summary

ATIYA Herbs is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive for their BPO process in Karol Bagh, Delhi. You will manage call reports, performance dashboards, and operational data to support business decisions.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience, with full-time work and six days per week (rotational weekoff). Immediate joiners preferred and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Advanced Excel and data analysis for MIS reporting.
• Experience creating MIS reports in a BPO/call center environment.
• Knowledge of dialer reports, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and analyze call center data, agent productivity, and performance reports.
• Generate dashboards and share performance insights with management.
• Monitor KPIs such as calls, conversions, and productivity against targets.
• Work with dialer/CRM reports (Ameyo) to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with operations and team leaders for data collection.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and analyze call center data, agent productivity, and performance reports.
• Generate reports using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including calls, conversions, productivity, and targets.
• Prepare dashboards and share performance reports with management.
• Analyze data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Work with dialer/CRM reports, preferably Ameyo (Drishti).
• Coordinate with operations and team leaders for data collection and reporting.

Required Skills
