Job summary

Globiva is hiring an MIS Executive to manage end-to-end reporting for our BPO processes from Sector 18, Gurgaon. You will create daily, weekly, and monthly reports, develop dashboards in Tableau, and provide data-driven insights to support operations and client requirements.

We seek a graduate with 1–7 years of MIS reporting experience, strong Advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of APR reports. Face-to-face interviews are required at our Gurgaon office.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably IT/Statistics/Analytics).
• 1–7 years of BPO MIS Reporting experience with dashboard creation.

Role Overview :

We are hiring a Executive MIS to manage end-to-end reporting for our BPO processes, create dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support operations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operations and clients.
• Develop dashboards, trend analysis, and variance reports for performance tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy, standardization, and timely delivery of reports.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to management.

Key Skills:

• Advanced Excel
• Experience with Tableau for dashboard creation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
