• Provide 24x7 production support including incidents, changes, and DR activities.
• Manage enterprise file transfers via SFTP/FTP/FTPS and MFT tools.

• Relevant experience, with strong hands-on Linux infrastructure administration as the primary skill.
• Administer and troubleshoot RHEL, Oracle Linux, Solaris, and other Unix/Linux platforms in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Perform OS patching, version upgrades, server migrations, build/support activities, capacity management, performance tuning, and security hardening.
• Troubleshoot boot, process, CPU, memory, filesystem, storage, network, access, and service-related issues.
• Develop and maintain Shell/Bash scripts to automate monitoring, reporting, housekeeping, and routine administration.
• Support 24x7 production operations, incidents, changes, problem management, disaster recovery, and root-cause analysis.
• Support enterprise file transfer operations using SFTP, FTP/FTPS, AS2, HTTPS, and any MFT application.

Manage SSL/TLS certificates, SSH keys, PGP keys, renewals, rotations, and post-change validation.
