Job summary

Skills we are hiring for

• Equipment Engineering - Experience in any of the following machines / Equipment's maintenance like Ultrasonic Welding, Glue Dispensing, Vision Systems, PLC Programming, Robotics, Laser Welding, Servo Motor Drives, Plasma Systems, Press Machines, and PSA Equipment.
• Process Engineering -Experience in any of the following processes like Plasma, Servo Press, and PSA processes. Surface Energy Validation, Force Displacement Analysis, PFMEA, Control Plans, Recipe Locking, ECN Implementation, and Process Capability Management.
• SMT Equipment Engineering - Experience in operating and maintaining Fuji and Koh Young machines.

Testing

• Test Operations: Experienced in leading test operations, including station control, resource planning, output monitoring, downtime management, and shift handover governance.
• Electrical Testing: Hands-on experience in PCBA testing, DC, WiFi/OTA, functional, and AC functional testing using Tektronix and Keithley instruments, along with USB-C, PD, and HiPot equipment. Skilled in test program maintenance, fixture management, MES integration, calibration control, and failure diagnostics.
