Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• 1–10 years of experience in vehicle integration or related fields
• Background in mechanical design and CAD
• Experience with DMU/VC release and vehicle sub-module coordination
• Familiarity with high voltage systems and EV/ICE/Diesel domains
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Manage DMU for ICE Diesel, CNG and EVs in ILCV domain
• Conduct packaging studies and vehicle layout for ICE Diesel, CNG and EVs
• Manage vehicle variants and VC releases per sub-module strategy
• Release technical specifications and drawings
• Execute sub-module and DML release activities
• Carry out 3D modelling, 2D drawings, assembly
• Ensure CAD drawings quality, and perform proto-built monitoring

Job Description:

• DMU management for ICE Diesel, CNG , electric vehicles in ILCV domain, integrating high voltage systems and coordination with various teams
• To Conduct packaging studies and vehicle layout for ICE Diesel and CNG ,EVs
• To manage vehicle variants and VC releases as per sub module strategy
• To release technical specifications and offer drawings
• To execute sub module, DML release activities
• To carry out 3D modelling, 2D drawings, assembly
• To ensure quality of CAD Drawings, designs
• To conduct proto built monitoring
• Cross functional team coordination

• Primarily Skill : JT, PLM, Creo
• Secondary Skill : EV knowledge, MS office
• Must have : Mechanical background, Design knowledge
• Preferred to have : ICE, Diesel, Added Advantage - CNG EV knowledge
• DMU management, VC release, Vehicle aggregate knowledge must
• Well versed with PTC Creo
• Knowledge of BOM
• Knowledge of DFMEA & root cause analysis
• Hands on experience of JT, PLM & Team centre
• Working knowledge of automotive systems

• 4D, DVLO knowledge preferred
