Job summary

Paisabazaar in Gurgaon is seeking a telesales specialist for Home Loan and LAP products. You will drive telephonic pitches, guide customers through the loan lifecycle, assess eligibility, and coordinate with banks to speed approvals. Strong communication in Hindi and English is essential.

The role requires handling digital document collection and CRM updates from our Sector 44, Gurgaon office. Prior mortgage knowledge and field-free desk work are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in Home Loan / LAP telesales.
• Experience in Loan/Mortgage/LAP telesales or inside sales.
• Fluent Hindi & English with strong listening and persuasion skills.
• Ready to work full-time from Sector 44, Gurgaon office.

Responsibilities

• Tele-Consulting & conversion: conduct outbound telephonic pitches to qualified leads for HL and LAP.
• End-to-end execution: manage loan lifecycle from first call to disbursal.
• Eligibility assessment: interview applicants, evaluate income and debt capacity.
• Digital documentation: guide digital submission and verify documents for compliance.
• Partner coordination: liaise with bank/NBFC credit teams to expedite approvals.
• CRM management: maintain real-time data entry of all lead interactions.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Tele-Consulting & Conversion: Conduct outbound telephonic pitches to qualified warm/hot leads, explaining Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.


• End-to-End Execution: Drive the entire loan lifecycle from the first phone call, through digital login, up to final loan disbursal.


• Eligibility Assessment: Interview applicants over the phone to understand their financial profiles, evaluate income, and check debt repayment capacities.


• Digital Documentation: Guide customers seamlessly through the digital document collection process and verify soft copies for accuracy and compliance.


• Partner Coordination: Maintain strong virtual relationships with Bank and NBFC credit teams via phone/email to expedite approvals and clear pipeline bottlenecks.


• CRM Management: Maintain real-time data entries and meticulous updates of all lead interactions within the company CRM.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in Home


• Loan / Mortgage / LAP Telesales or Inside Sales.


• (Please note: Candidates with only field-sales experience will not be shortlisted).


• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication in Hindi & English with strong active listening and persuasion skills


• Location & Work Mode: Must be comfortable working full-time out of our office in Sector 44, Gurgaon (Pure Desk Job / No Field Work).


• Skills: Solid understanding of basic mortgage calculations (FOIR, CIBIL scores, ROI) and familiarity with digital login procedures.
