Shree Datta Realtors is seeking a Telecaller – Real Estate to generate real estate leads and handle client inquiries from Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role requires strong communication in Hindi, Marathi and English, with target-driven activities and a willingness to learn.

The incumbent will explain property details, pricing, offers and payment plans, and coordinate with the sales team for site visits while maintaining thorough records of leads and feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi and English.
• Prior experience in Real Estate telecalling/sales preferred.

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide project information.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
• Explain property details, pricing, offers, amenities, and payment plans.
• Follow up regularly with interested and prospective clients.
• Convince and motivate clients to schedule property/site visits.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits and client meetings.
• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and client feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi, Marathi & English.
• Experience in Real Estate Telecalling/Sales is preferred.
