Job summary

DS Capital Services in Mumbai Suburban is seeking a Telecaller to join our Banking & Financial Services team. You will make outbound calls, explain loan products, assess basic eligibility, and generate leads through calls.

Freshers are welcome. 12th pass or graduate preferred with good Hindi/English communication. You’ll follow up with customers, set appointments, and ensure a positive service experience.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or graduate preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, financial services, or loan sales will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi/Gujarati will be an added advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

Responsibilities
