• Coaching & Development – Train, guide, motivate, and develop team members to improve productivity.
• Activity Monitoring – Review daily login, appointments, prospects, conversions, and pending cases.
• Team Engagement – Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and motivational activities to maintain team energy.
• Problem Solving – Address operational challenges quickly and provide practical solutions.
• Recruitment & Onboarding – Support identification, selection, onboarding, and activation of new team members.
• Customer & Partner Focus – Ensure quality service, timely follow-up, and strong relationship management.
• Achievement & Recognition – Recognize performers, celebrate achievements, and create a performance-driven culture.
• Compliance & Process Discipline – Ensure team members follow company processes, guidelines, and compliance standards.
