Job summary

• Act as an escalation point for complex, ambiguous, or sensitive cases
• Ensure adherence to established processes, controls, and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address issues, clarify requirements, and support smooth project execution
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where needed
• Drive training, coaching, and development of team members
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, workflow enhancements, and documentation efforts
• Prepare regular status updates and reports for leadership on team performance and project delivery
