I was always on the other side, hearing everyone say corporate life is full of toxic culture. but when i got into their shoes at Snapmint, it's quite a different experience, flexible with time, co-operative managers, with less rigid deadlines. Totally one's work-life balance is really respected here.

Dislikes

Two things that I felt can be improved.As a fresher a proper onboarding and training programme would help in settling into the work environment more smoothly. Also to be in product dept, having some documented data or a resource person in the initial days would be very useful.
