Job summary

Snapmint, headquartered in Mumbai with offices across major metros, seeks an IT Support professional to maintain asset inventory, secure endpoints, and provide desktop support. You will manage JumpCloud MDM, endpoint security, and user access, collaborating with vendors and finance to keep IT operations reliable.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IT and 1–4 years of IT support/ops experience, with hands-on JumpCloud and security tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field with 1–4 years IT support management or IT operations experience.
• Hands-on JumpCloud MDM experience, endpoint security, patch management, device compliance, and access control.
• Strong desktop support across Windows and macOS; working knowledge of common business apps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints via JumpCloud MDM with security policy enforcement.
• Administer endpoint security (Kaspersky, Safetica DLP) and monitor patching and compliance.
• Provide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows, macOS, and basic Linux.
• Manage user accounts through Active Directory and JumpCloud; support ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Asset).
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and finance; escalate critical incidents as needed.

The Role

What You Own

• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management from procurement through decommissioning, including physical verification, reconciliation, tagging, disposal, and audit coordination.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints through JumpCloud MDM, ensuring security policies, updates, device compliance, and access controls are consistently enforced.
• Administer endpoint security solutions including Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP, while monitoring patching, security, and compliance status.
• Deliver L1/L2 desktop and IT support across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux, resolving hardware, software, network, email, VPN, and access-related issues.
• Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and JumpCloud, while maintaining IT documentation and supporting ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and finance teams and elevate critical incidents when required to maintain reliable and secure IT operations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 1–4 years of IT support management or IT operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with MDM, particularly JumpCloud, along with endpoint security, patch management, device compliance, and access control.
• Strong desktop support and troubleshooting experience across Windows and macOS, with working knowledge of common business applications.
• Experience with Kaspersky Antivirus, Safetica DLP, ticketing systems such as Jira or ManageEngine ServiceDesk, and identity/user management.
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, VPN, and ITILbased Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and vendor coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Good to Have

• Experience supporting Sophos Firewall, VPN administration, and vulnerability management.
• Basic Linux support experience and exposure to broader IT security, compliance, and audit requirements.
