Job summary

Snapmint is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver high-impact engineering programs from concept to completion. You will partner with Product Managers and engineering leaders to shape roadmaps and drive cross-functional execution across teams in Gurugram and beyond.

The role requires 8+ years in technical leadership or related roles, strong SDLC knowledge, and experience with mobile apps, AWS, Databricks, and Redash. Travel to Mumbai is expected 2–3 days per month.

What You Own

• Own end-to-end execution of complex, high-impact engineering programs, ensuring timely, predictable, and high-quality delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to define and finalise engineering roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Drive planning across multiple engineering teams by managing estimates, milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure technical solutions meet scalability, reliability, performance, and business requirements.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Business, Operations, and external partners.
• Drive prioritisation, execution tracking, release management, and continuous improvement across engineering programs.
• Communicate program progress, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering productivity through automation, AIenabled development tools, and modern software engineering practices.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of professional experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Delivery, Engineering Management, Tech Lead, or related technical leadership roles.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in iOS or Android mobile application development.
• Experience delivering consumer‑facing mobile applications and working closely with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, system architecture, technical design, and modern software engineering practices.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Databricks, and Redash.
• Proven experience in program/project management, prioritisation, planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and end‑to‑end execution.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across Product, Engineering, Data, Business, and Operations teams.
• Experience managing multiple complex engineering initiatives in fast‑paced technology environments.
• Knowledge of UPI, payment systems, Banking APIs, FinTech, lending, or financial services is an advantage.
• Willingness to work from the Gurugram office and travel to Mumbai for 2–3 days per month.

Good to Have

• Experience evaluating, piloting, or implementing AI-enabled development toolsm across the software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of AI-assisted coding, testing, code review, debugging, documentation, and developer productivity practices.
• Experience measuring the productivity impact, cost‑benefit, and ROI of AI tools within engineering teams.
• Exposure to UPI, payment systems, Banking APIs, lending, FinTech, or financial services.
• Experience driving engineering productivity, automation, process improvements, and modern software development practices.
