Primary Responsibilities

Write clear, error‑free, SEO‑effective marketing copy and edit and proofread websites of US‑based businesses, keeping in mind client requirements, end customers, and business objectives.
Take ownership of one’s own output quality and productivity, and understand and implement frequently changing website processes and guidelines.
Work with multiple stakeholders such as design, quality assurance, and client‑relations teams to ensure that all organizational goals and service level agreements are met.
Work in shifts, on weekends and overtime if required as per business needs.

Promote a culture of open communication, target orientation, and excellence in delivery while on the floor.
