Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to create engaging digital experiences for travelers around the world.
• Write copy for the company’s website, mobile app, and chatbot, creating content and microcopy that provides clarity and reduces friction for customers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to align copy with wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Craft clear instructions, error messages, tooltips, and FAQ content to simplify complex processes for customers.
• Advocate for plain language, inclusivity, and clarity in all aspects of the digital experience.
• Partner with UX designers to define UX strategy, contributing ideas for user research, user journey maps, and information architecture that leads to intuitive user experiences.
• Work with product managers to ensure content is accurate and on-message.
• Work directly in design tools, including Figma, to add UI copy to wireframes and comps.
• Help plan content testing and optimize copy based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to improve engagement, conversion, and other KPIs.
• Conduct content audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve usability and comprehension.
