Job summary

• Monitor quality of milk (Fat, SNF, temperature, etc.)
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw and processed milk
• Coordinate with procurement and distribution teams
• Maintain production records, stock registers, day sheet reports manually.
• Handle manpower planning and supervise plant drivers & workers
• Monitor plant machinery and coordinate maintenance/repairs
• Manage dispatch as per customer orders/indents
• Minimize wastage and control operational costs
• Shift Wise operations every week shift change
