Qualifications

• B.Tech (Dairy Technology) and/or MSc Dairy Science are required.
• Must know local language (Telugu).
• Strong expertise in dairy plant operations.
• Experience with production planning, quality control, and cost management.
• Knowledge of SAP and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Monitor material balance, procurement, production, and sales through ERP/SAP
• Control process losses and optimize energy & cost efficiency
• Manage inventory, stores, packing material, and SMP consumption
• Drive expense control and effective resource utilization
• Lead manpower planning, performance management, and training initiatives
• Address internal audit observations and ensure insurance compliance
