Job summary

• Machinery maintenance: service, oil and grease dairy equipment like pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, packaging units.
• Breakdown troubleshooting: diagnose failures quickly and replace parts to minimize downtime.
• Preventive inspections: daily checks on moving parts, seals and joints to catch wear and tear.
• Hygiene and safety: prevent cross-contamination and adhere to food safety regulations.

• Machinery Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, oiling, and greasing of critical dairy equipment like pasteurizers, homogenizers, separators, and packaging units.
• Breakdown Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical failures rapidly and replace defective parts to prevent raw milk spoilage and minimize factory downtime.
• Preventive Inspections: Conduct daily pre-operational checks on moving parts, seals, and joints to catch wear-and-tear before sudden breakdowns occur.
