• Supervise helpers, operators, and contract labour to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor cargo loading and unloading activities on vessels.
• Supervise warehouse and cargo storage operations.
• Coordinate with crane operators, equipment operators, and transport teams.
• Monitor diesel usage and maintain daily fuel records for machinery.
• Ensure timely completion of cargo operations.
• Maintain daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.
• Follow all port safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Support vessel operations and coordinate with port officials whenever required.
