Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in showroom and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Explain product features, designs, pricing, making charges and other relevant details to customers.
• Demonstrate jewellery collections and provide suitable product recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a smooth buying experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the billing, stock and operations team for smooth order processing.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure jewellery is handled safely as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow showroom policies and procedures.
