Job summary

Henosis Tech in Hyderabad invites an experienced Jewellery Sales professional to join our premium showroom. You will greet customers, understand requirements and budgets, and recommend suitable gold and diamond designs while explaining materials and pricing.

You will strive to hit daily and monthly targets and responsibly handle cash, card and other payments. Strong communication, grooming, and a customer-focused mindset are essential, with interest in fashion trends and luxury jewellery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Jewellery Sales / Retail Sales / Showroom Sales.
• Knowledge of Gold and Diamond jewellery: purity, quality, designs and pricing.
• Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
• Sales, convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Interest in jewellery, designs and fashion trends.
• Comfortable with upselling and cross-selling.
• Well-groomed, presentable and professional for premium showroom.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail/showroom environment.
