Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience in at least two of ITSM, CMDB, Employee Centre, Source2Pay, ITAM and App Engine using industry best practices.
• Advanced ServiceNow scripting: Business Rule, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client Scripts, Email Inbound.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Auth 2.0, certificates, and MID Server.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration.
• Experience with LDAP/AD/SSO and Service Portal design.
• CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management expertise.
• HTML coding and Jelly scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, and custom apps.
• Design and customize Service Portal and widgets; use Flow Designer and Integration Hub for integrations.
• Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration use cases.
• Ensure best practices, performance analytics, and security considerations in all implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex integration scenarios.
