Job summary

CADD Centre in Chennai is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to enhance online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve keyword rankings. The role focuses on executing comprehensive SEO plans, optimizing on-page elements, and steering technical and off-page efforts to generate qualified leads.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, proficiency with GA4 and GSC, and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and content optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, website structure, and basic technical SEO.
• Good understanding of content optimization and link-building strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Perform On-Page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, URL optimization, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Handle Technical SEO activities such as website audits, crawlability, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, sitemap and robots.txt.
• Develop and execute Off-Page SEO and Link Building strategies.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and overall SEO performance.
• Identify SEO issues using website audit and analytics tools and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with Content, Digital Marketing, and Web Development teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Optimize landing pages and website content for better search visibility and lead generation.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
