Job summary

Richi Circuitronix Pvt seeks an Associate/Sr. Associate - SCM in Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar/Sector 18) with 3 to 10 years of experience in global supply chain and vendor handling.

The role covers pricing, RFQ, planning, PO creation, supplier management, forecasting, strategic sourcing, and MRP. You will interact with clients and coordinate with warehouse and shipping to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in supply chain/SCM roles.
• Experience in pricing, costing, RFQ and quotation processes.
• Hands-on experience with MRP and vendor management.
• Direct client interaction and B2B purchase order experience.
• Proactive, able to train others and coordinate with warehouse and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be directly responsible for revenue account by providing technical and commercial information related to the company business in a timely manner.
• Collaborate & train assigned SCM Analyst on day-to-day work responsibility.
• Interact with client directly to run the customer smoothly.
• Coordinate with warehouse & shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of material to clients.
• Be proactive and work independently, manage tasks on time.
• Ensure MIS reports are completed timely and flag gaps to the team lead/management.
• Train new joiners on Sage, basic training on the PCB process.
• Monitor the entire supply-chain from factory to end-user and flag deviations to ensure timely corrective action.
• Coordinate internally to respond to service requests, inquiries and complaints.
