Job summary

Bajrang Auto Parts is seeking a hands-on SAP B1 Functional Consultant in Delhi to manage SAP B1 (HANA) operations and provide cross-module support across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance. You will troubleshoot, optimize workflows, and develop reports to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong knowledge of SAP B1 on HANA, reporting skills with Crystal Reports, and the ability to train employees while coordinating with SAP partners for enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP Business One functional consulting or support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business One on HANA in live environments.
• Good understanding of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse and Finance modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day SAP Business One (HANA) functional operations.
• Provide functional support for Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, and Finance modules.
• Troubleshoot SAP errors, transaction issues, inventory allocations, and reporting discrepancies.
• Configure approval workflows, authorizations, UDFs, validations, and system settings.
• Develop customized reports using SAP HANA SQL, Query Manager, and Crystal Reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and ERP optimization.
• Train and guide employees across departments on SAP B1.
• Coordinate with external SAP partners for issue resolution and system enhancements.
• Support SAP B1 Web Client, add-ons, and integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, smooth transaction flow, and effective system controls.

• Experience in trading, distribution, or manufacturing companies.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query knowledge.
• Understanding of GST and financial accounting processes.
