Technical SAP Business One (SAP B1) Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One Technical Consultant to join our growing ERP team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP B1 implementation, customization, and integration, with solid technical expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and SDK development. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and clients to design and deliver high-quality, tailored SAP B1 solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in SAP Business One implementations, including system configuration, customization, and deployment.

Develop and maintain add-ons, reports, and integrations using SAP B1 SDK, DI API, Service Layer, and SQL queries.

Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom reports and dashboards (Crystal Reports, Power BI, etc.).

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP B1 users.

Execute data migration and integration between SAP B1 and third‑party systems or external applications.

Optimize system performance, database management, and security following best practices.

Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including change logs and version control.

Support system upgrades, patch management, and version migrations of SAP Business One.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Business One (HANA or SQL version).
• Proficiency in SAP B1 SDK, DI API, UI API, and Service Layer development.
• Strong experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, and optimization).
• Proven experience in developing Crystal Reports and/or Power BI dashboards.
• Solid understanding of core business processes (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing).
