Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. You will work on custom development and platform configuration, delivering scalable integrations with external systems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience in Salesforce customization and configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture and sharing model.
• Experience in data migration, deployment, and release management.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
