Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with ~3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and support. Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSL is required

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes for business logic implementation.
• Design and build Lightning Web Components (LWC) with optimized performance and user experience.
• Work on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development, including customization of standard objects, workflows, flows, and automation.
• Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) with strong UI/UX focus.
• Integrate frontend components with Apex controllers and manage client-side logic.
• Configure Field Service Lightning (FSL) features based on business needs.
• Perform data migration and data handling using Data Loader/Workbench.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning.

Added Responsibility (SLA & Ticketing)

• Handle production support activities, including raising, tracking, and resolving tickets in tools like JIRA/ServiceNow.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

• Prioritize and manage tickets based on severity and business impact.
