Job summary

ShiningStars ITPL is seeking Sales Executives to join our BPO team. You will make outbound calls, present products, address client needs, and close sales. Both freshers and experienced professionals are welcome, with training and uncapped incentives.

Walk-in interviews are arranged Mon-Sat from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Please carry Aadhaar, resume, and photos. No fees charged for candidates.

Qualifications

• Fresher or experienced in sales with internship or job experience.
• Location-based eligibility: Lucknow, Noida, Gurugram.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers using warm and cold lead databases.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to secure sales.
• Handle objections, clear doubts, and negotiate terms effectively over the phone.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, and sales in our CRM software.
• Meet sales targets and call metrics.

1. Schedule: 6 Days Working & 1 Rotational Week Off
2. Age Limit: Max. 32
3. LOB: Banking, E-commerce, Commercial Vehicles & Consumer products.

Salary: Subject to Communication Skills / Experience / Qualification

• Gurugram - 21k CTC - 25k CTC
• Noida - 13.5k CTC - 27k CTC
• Lucknow - Up to 26k CTC
