Job summary

Axis Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer (Third Party Payroll) for Pune. The role focuses on driving banking product sales, generating leads in-branch and at allied locations, and coordinating with branch heads and product managers to ensure timely lead response and cross-selling of banking products.

Graduate/UG candidates with 0.6–5 years of banking product sales experience (freshers eligible) and a mandatory two-wheeler are preferred, with location stated as Pune.

Qualifications

• 0.6 to 5 years banking product sales experience; freshers eligible.
• Two-wheeler is compulsory for field duties.

Responsibilities

• To drive Banking Product sales business.
• Generate Leads by conducting activities & drives in branches, dealerships, and sourcing points.
• Work closely with Branch Head, other team members in the branch, RO from other verticals & Circle Managers.
• Ensure proper Reporting, Attendance for Training, Review Meetings, and participation in drives at CO/Circle/Cluster/branch level.
• Ensure leads and business are generated for Banking Products for the branch.
• Coordinate with Leads & Sales Managers of all products; respond to leads on time.
• Cross-sell other products as needed.

• To drive Banking Product sales business
