Job summary

Axis Bank is seeking a Relationship Officer (Third Party Payroll) in Pune to drive banking product sales and build a robust lead pipeline across branches and attached locations. The role involves coordination with branch heads and sales managers to ensure timely responses and conversions.

The candidate should be a Graduate/UG with 0.6–5 years banking product sales experience (fresher eligible) and must possess a two-wheeler for field activities, with flexibility to work across Pune locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate/UG with willingness to work in field sales.
• Experience in banking product sales is preferred, fresher also eligible.
• Two-wheeler is compulsory for field duties.

Responsibilities

• To drive Banking Product sales business
• Generate Leads by conducting activities & drives in branch and all attached locations, dealerships and other sourcing points
• Work closely with Branch Head, other team members in the branch, RO from other verticals & Circle Managers
• Ensure Proper Reporting, Attendance for Training - Review Meetings & Participation in CO / Circle / Cluster / branch level drives
• Ensure leads and business is generated for Banking Products for the branch
• To coordinate with Leads & Sales Managers of all products and ensuring all leads are responded properly on time
• To cross sell other products from time to time
