New Alfa International is a Mumbai-based recruitment consultancy specializing in overseas recruitment. We are seeking an experienced and target-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Mumbai office.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas/Gulf requirements, source candidates via major portals, screen and shortlist, schedule interviews, and maintain detailed candidate records. A strong focus on targets and timely closures is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment is mandatory.
• Experience in Overseas/Gulf Recruitment will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening and candidate coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and maintaining recruitment reports.
• Candidates from Mumbai or nearby locations will be preferred.
