Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Quadient Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, build, and optimize CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire in a Kolkata-based role.

You will create templates, workflows, and document composition processes, while integrating Quadient with enterprise systems, performing data mapping, testing, and performance tuning in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CCM and document composition with Quadient Inspire.
• Experience with XML, SQL, XSLT, HTML/CSS, and scripting.
• Familiar with API integrations and data processing.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Quadient Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain customer communication management (CCM) solutions using Quadient Inspire.
• Create and modify templates, workflows, and document composition processes.
• Integrate Quadient applications with enterprise systems and databases.
• Perform data mapping, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, Automation, and Interactive.
• Knowledge of document composition, CCM, and customer communications.
• XML, SQL, XSLT, HTML/CSS, and scripting experience.
• Experience with API integrations and data processing.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Utilities domains.
• Quadient Inspire Certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
