Job summary

Texo Prefab World in Hyderabad, India, seeks an experienced Production Executive to oversee daily production of prefab/modular units across fabrication, panel fitting, insulation, MEP, and interiors. You will allocate 15–30 workers, supervise site installations, and ensure QC before dispatch, reporting directly to the COO.

Qualifications include a Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering and 4–8 years in the field.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Fluent in Telugu and Hindi for floor communication.
• Basic English for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production of prefab/modular units across fabrication stages.
• Allocate and manage factory workers and contract manpower (15–30 people).
• Coordinate with COO on weekly production planning and delivery schedules.
• Supervise site installation of completed modules locally in Hyderabad and outstation.
• Conduct quality checks at every production stage and final QC before dispatch.
• Read and execute work from fabrication drawings and layouts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors for seamless production.
• Handle daily operational challenges such as material shortfalls and delays.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily production of prefab / modular units across all stages fabrication, panel fitting, insulation, MEP, flooring, interiors, finishing
• Allocate and manage factory workers and contract manpower 15 to 30 people
• Coordinate with COO on weekly production planning and delivery schedules
• Supervise site installation of completed modules locally in Hyderabad and outstation
• Conduct quality checks at every production stage and final QC before dispatch and handover
• Read and execute work from fabrication drawings and architectural layouts
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors for seamless production
• Handle daily operational challenges material shortfalls, manpower issues, contractor delays independently

You Must Know

1. Prefab / modular construction methods steel framing, insulation systems, wall and roof panels
2. PEB or steel fabrication MS sections, SHS, RHS, welding inspection
3. Interior finishing works tiles, doors, windows, MEP fit-out, paint
4. Site supervision and installation management
5. Factory floor operations with multiple concurrent units
6. Reading fabrication and architectural drawings

Civil road / bridge / dam construction candidates will not be considered

Qualifications
