Job summary

Aithent in India seeks a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to analyze claims, approve or decline cases through structured analysis, and investigate suspicious activity across customer and merchant accounts.

You will review disputes, request docs, execute chargebacks, monitor fraud trends, and respond to queries ensuring timely, accurate decisions. Flexibility to work 24x7 shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Fraud analysis and disputes experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and Google Docs skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure accurate analysis of fraud claims and make sound decisions to approve or decline the same through systematic analysis
• Identify and investigate unauthorized/suspicious fraud claims and high-risk transactions within customer and merchant accounts
• Review fraud disputes through customer/merchant contact, request additional documentation and execute chargebacks
• Ensure each dispute request is handled in a timely & accurate manner Making a proactive attempt to identify fraudulent charges via inbound and outbound calls
• Continue to monitor current trends in fraud landscape, suggest preventive & corrective measures
• Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail, high degree of accuracy & ability to multitask effectively

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferred Experience 1-3 year
• Strong computer skills required
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to analyze information, think through difficult problems
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs preferred
• Experience in disputes or in the payments industry preferred
• Flexible to work in 24*7 shift timings
