Job summary

Lalit Kapasiya is seeking an experienced engineer for industrial automation with a focus on PLC programming, HMI development, and drive control. The role involves hands-on wiring, panel testing, and site commissioning across projects in India.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Mitsubishi GX Works3, FX5U, and GOT HMIs, plus strong troubleshooting and schematic-reading skills. Willingness to travel for short site visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Reading electrical control schematics and P&ID diagrams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and debug PLC programs (Ladder Logic, Structured Text) for industrial machinery.
• Design, configure, and commission HMI screens for operator interfaces.
• Parameterize and configure VFDs, servo drives, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform electrical control panel wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with production and design teams for machine integration and Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI).
• Conduct occasional industrial site visits for installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong expertise in PLC Programming (Ladder Logic & Structured Text).

Role & responsibilities

• Perform electrical control panel wiring, testing, and troubleshooting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Industrial Experience: Minimum 13 years (for Junior) / 35+ years (for Senior) of hands-on experience in Industrial Automation or Special Purpose Machine (SPM) manufacturing.
• Core Technical Expertise:
  
• Solid understanding of PLC logic, HMI screen design, and VFD parameter tuning.
• Practical knowledge of Control Panel wiring, sensors (Pressure Transmitters, Proximity, etc.), and pneumatic control systems.
• Ability to read electrical control schematics and P&ID diagrams.
• Problem Solving & Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and automation faults under site conditions.
• Mobility: Willingness to undertake short site visits for machine commissioning and testing.
