Job summary

SRR Projects Private Limited in India seeks a skilled project scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, monitor progress, and prepare reports for management. Key tasks include delay analysis, EOT claims preparation, critical path analysis, and coordinating with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and other departments to ensure timely completion.

You will need strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus communication and a grasp of civil

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience in delay analysis, EOT claims, and critical path analysis.
• Good understanding of civil construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong coordination, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules, baseline programmes, and detailed work plans using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Monitor project progress against planned targets and identify schedule deviations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation.
• Develop short-term and look-ahead plans for site execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Plan and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and construction activities.
• Conduct progress review meetings and prepare presentations and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Track critical activities, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding project schedules, progress updates, and contractual requirements.
