Job summary

Ramo Industries in Chennai (India) is seeking a seasoned Construction Scheduler to support the Project Manager by developing Level 2–4 Primavera schedules within budget and timelines. You will monitor progress, prepare progress curves, and coordinate with clients and main contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.

The role requires 5–8 years in civil scheduling, hands-on Primavera P6 experience, and familiarity with tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years experience is required for this position.
• Must have experience in Level 4 planning.
• Must have Working Experience in Primavera P6.
• Experience on Tender Submissions will be an added advantage.
• Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing Level 2 to Level 4 construction schedule in Primavera.
• Monitor progress, schedules and plans for new proposals of Projects.
• Prepare progress S Curve, coordinate and attend meetings with clients and contractors.
• Prepare project progress summary.
• Prepares scheduling documents & construction document planning documentation for tender & project execution.
• Performs project performance analysis including earned value through analysis of man-hour resources including productivity of third parties.
• Prepares progress reporting, developing and updating progress curves and briefing materials as required to measure and assess progress.
• Maintain logical schedules in Primavera P6 to determine problem areas and alert project team to critical scheduling issues.
