Job summary

Conserve Solutions LLP in Chennai is seeking a mechanical piping design engineer with 2-8+ years of hands-on experience to join our design team. You will create 2D and 3D designs, develop piping and equipment GAs, and generate plot plans while ensuring compliance with project standards.

You will model in AutoCAD Plant 3D, review vendor drawings, and support 3D modelling of equipment, piping, structures, and supports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant project work experience.
• Software Known: AutoCAD Plant 3D

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Develops 2D and 3D Designs.
• Prepare piping GA, Equipment GA, Structural GA & Plot Plan.
• Development & Review of Isometrics as per GA and P&ID.
• Prepare 3D Modelling like Equipment Modelling, Piping Modelling, Structures Modelling, Pipe Supports & Instruments.
• Perform 3D Model drawings using specifications, standard drawings, design instructions, plot plan, flow diagrams, line list and supplier information.
• Prepare the design, are safe to operate and meet all required codes and standards and to perform data consistency check & clash check.
• Preparing the layout preparation
• Review of Vendor Drawings & Checking of 3D Models
• Document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design & validation reports from Project Engineers.
• Study to prepare Design Basis and Project Technical Documents.
• Incorporate feedback from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases.
• Review project specifications, administrative and technical practices, design instructions, plot plan, flow diagrams and supplier information.
• To ensure timely delivery of drawings/documentation for Client Products following the work procedure defined from time to time with efficient utilization resources provided, with an emphasis on free from error require Your Skills.
