Job summary

Lambros Global seeks a Piping Designer to support our Pune office. The role focuses on creating 3D models and 2D drawings for equipment and piping, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.

You will produce isometrics, GA drawings, and related piping deliverables from 3D models, with attention to quality and accuracy for on-site and offshore locations.

Qualifications

• ITI draftsman with minimum 4 years of experience.
• Ability to work with piping department requirements and deliver quality drawings.
• Familiarity with 3D models and 2D drafting standards for piping projects.

Responsibilities

• Shall be familiar with 3D models of equipment, piping, preliminary structure modeling on software’s like PDMS 3D, CADWORKS, PDS etc.
• Shall have knowledge of drafting standards and practices in 2D like ACAD or Microstation.
• Produce detailed drawings and piping deliverables for both proposal and project requirements.
• Shall be responsible for producing deliverable from 3D like equipment layouts, piping isometrics, GA drawings, piping loading data, special pipe support drawings.

Job description

The Piping Designer shall be familiar with overall piping departmental activities and shall be responsible for the role listed below in line with COMPANY’s project requirements:

• Shall be familiar with 3D models of equipment, piping, preliminary structure modeling on software’s like PDMS 3D, CADWORKS, PDS etc.
• Shall have knowledge of drafting standards and practices in 2D like ACAD or Microstation.
• Produce detailed drawings and piping deliverables for both proposal and project requirements.
• Shall be responsible for producing deliverable from 3D like equipment layouts, piping isometrics, GA drawings, piping loading data, special pipe support drawings.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI draftsman with minimum 4 years of experience.
• Candidate shall be reporting to piping department manager or Lead Engineer.
• Candidate shall be enthused by the opportunity to work with minimal supervision in our office in Pune, India and abroad on Project specific locations.
• Shall have Understanding of the piping requirements and shall be able to produce with quality.
